Becca Stock, LPC, CADC-III
About Me
I believe in creating a warm, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and supported. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with you to identify and heal deep-seated wounds, drawing on your natural resilience and strengths. Whether you’re navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, addiction, or general stress and overwhelm in your day-to-day, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting change.
My Approach
My focus is on fostering a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that hold you back and create pathways to healing. By improving your relationship with yourself, you can strengthen your connections with others and build a more fulfilling life.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapy that helps process traumatic memories, and ego-state therapy, which explores different parts of the self, to support healing and help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
